Blueberry Boost Mocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1/3 cup Filtered water
  • 1 tsp raw cane sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup organic sparkling limeade
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wheel and blueberry skewer for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Make the Blueberry Purée: Blend the fresh blueberries, 1/2 cup of ice, 1/3 cup of filtered water and raw cane sugar until smooth. If you prefer a clearer drink, strain the purée through a fine strainer.
  2. Assemble the Drink: Fill a glass with ice cubes. Add about 3-4 tablespoons of the blueberry purée.
  3. Add Sparkle: Top with the organic sparkling limeade and give it a gentle stir.
  4. Garnish & Serve: Finish with a skewer of blueberries and a lime wheel for a picture-perfect touch.
