Ingredients:

2 tbsp homemade cherry syrup (recipe below)
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
6 oz berry-flavored sparkling water
Ice cubes
Fresh lime slices & mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add the homemade cherry syrup, fresh lime juice, and grated ginger. Stir well.
  3. Pour in the berry-flavored sparkling water and gently mix.
  4. Garnish with fresh lime slices and a sprig of mint.
  5. Sip, refresh, and enjoy!

Homemade Cherry Syrup 

A simple and natural cherry syrup, perfect for mocktails, teas, and desserts!

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh cherries
½ cup sugar
½ cup water

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine cherries, sugar, and water.
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the cherries soften and the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and strain the syrup to remove cherry solids.
  5. Allow to cool, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
